    Dear Brooklyn Landmark Families,

Happy October! As we step into a new month filled with learning, celebration, and community, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your support and encouragement throughout September. Your partnership has helped us start the school year with enthusiasm, strong routines, and a sense of belonging for every student.

This month, we are proud to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15–October 15) — a time to honor the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. Our classrooms are engaging in activities that highlight the richness of traditions and voices within the Hispanic community this upcoming week.

We also invite you to celebrate at home! Please watch this short Latine Heritage Month Family Video-https://youtu.be/c3DSaVLAq_0 to learn more about ways to honor and explore Hispanic culture together through music, art, food, and storytelling.
