Brooklyn Landmark Elementary School Families,
Welcome back to another exciting school year at Brooklyn Landmark Elementary School!
I hope you and your loved ones had a beautiful, restful, and joy-filled summer. As we begin a brand-new year together, I am filled with excitement and optimism about all that we will accomplish as a school community.
This year marks Year 14 of Brooklyn Landmark Elementary School, and our theme is:
Stronger Together
These two simple words remind us that our greatest successes happen when students, families, teachers, staff, and community members work hand in hand to support one another. Together, we will build strong relationships, strong academic habits, strong attendance, and strong futures for every child.
As we launch this new school year, we are committed to making it a year of impact, achievement, and growth.

Literacy remains our foundation. We are committed to ensuring that every child develops the skills, confidence, and love of reading needed to be successful in school and beyond.

Every day counts. Consistent attendance is one of the strongest predictors of student success. We encourage all families to partner with us in making school attendance a priority every single day.

We believe in the limitless potential of every student. Through engaging instruction, meaningful learning experiences, and strong partnerships, we will help every child reach their fullest potential.
Our dedicated staff has spent days preparing classrooms, planning engaging learning experiences, and ensuring that every child feels welcomed, valued, and supported. We are overjoyed that our hallways are full with laughter, learning, and the energy that makes BLES such a special place.
